Operations Team Leader

Support the Operations Management in daily operational tracking. Collaborate with Store Managers to coordinate shifts and resource allocation based on demand. Coordinate improvement projects in stores related to renovations and new business verticals. Ensure proper implementation of new processes in stores and monitor their continuity.

Graduates or advanced students in Engineering, Economic Sciences, or related fields. Experience in similar positions leading teams. Knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Looker, and Tableau.
