Manager Access and Reimbursement Services

Implement the development and ongoing management of the Access and Reimbursement Services team. Manage critical conversations with patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies. Perform comprehensive assessments of cases to maximize patient access to AbbVie products. Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts on KPI development and compliance monitoring.

Bachelor's degree in health sciences or business preferred; MBA qualification is desirable. 3–5 years’ experience leading reimbursement support teams. B2+ English proficiency required. Knowledge of reimbursement and access best practices across multiple Patient Access Support options.
