Senior Operations Specialist

Engage with selected markets for all their requests and ensure process documentation is maintained for data processes. Act as a country expert for issues with Delivery Team Leads and deliver data validation and stewardship for data sets. Propose and deliver solutions for problems faced and prioritize requests according to plan.

3+ years of experience in service delivery or sales operations. Strong IT literacy and experience in data stewardship, reporting, and analytics delivery. Proven knowledge in Incentive Compensation and experience in Sales Force Management or CRM support.
