What You'll Do
Lead the overall financial strategy of the company, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across all business units. Manage relationships with external stakeholders: banks, auditors, regulators, and investors. Supervise treasury operations, liquidity management, and capital allocation to support business growth.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of experience in a financial leadership role within banking. Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial accounting. Expertise in FP&A and forecasting to enhance regional sophistication around trends and future opportunities. The ability to build a bank's P&L and balance sheet model from scratch.
