Sr Tech Product Manager, Customer Fulfillment Experience

Drive deep technical engagement by understanding core technologies and evaluating proposals for extensibility and performance. Make data-informed decisions by defining success criteria and metrics, and balance trade-offs between business outcomes and customer value.

5+ years of experience in product management or related field. Strong technical background with understanding of APIs and system architecture. Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders. Experience with data analysis and defining KPIs.
