LATAM Productivity & Performance Analyst

Consolidate and validate OPEX data across Make, Move, Sell and G&A; prepare standard views of cost evolution, productivity delivery, performance gaps and key drivers across OUs. Maintain internal and external benchmark databases, calculate comparable metrics and identify gaps requiring deeper review. Provide benchmark references, baseline calculations, data checks and analytical inputs to OU and functional teams.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related discipline. 2-4 years of experience in analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, Productivity, Finance or a related function; regional exposure desirable. Advanced Excel required; Power BI knowledge desirable.
