Ensure the quality and timely storage of products received from sellers under strict safety conditions. Identify improvement opportunities in processes to enhance the experience for sellers and buyers. Initiate initiatives to improve operations both locally and scalable to different markets. Build a productive team with a positive work environment.

At least 4 years of experience in similar positions within warehouse operations or distribution centers. Experience in leading and consolidating work teams, managing performance, feedback, personnel administration, and meeting operational goals simultaneously. Availability to work in the afternoon shift from 10:00 to 19:24 hrs. Tertiary or higher education in Logistics, Transportation, or related fields, with solid knowledge in Supply Chain or demand planning (desirable).
