Additionally, the position is responsible for managing partnerships, overseeing project planning, budget execution, and leading the hiring, training, and supervision of project staff.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience applying protection and/or health programs, including experience supervising teams and demonstrated knowledge of protocols related to violence and rights violations. A professional degree in human or social sciences (Social Work, Psychology, Political Science, or related fields) is required, with a Master's degree in a relevant field being desirable.
