Ensure quality deliveries by supervising the logistics process and maintaining customer satisfaction. Manage product returns by analyzing return rates and implementing creative solutions. Facilitate effective communication between transporters, clients, and sales teams to align expectations. Supervise delivery teams to ensure efficient operations and optimize fleet productivity through continuous process improvements.

Bachelor's degree required. Strong knowledge of Excel, particularly in building formulas and pivot tables. Experience in logistics is desirable.
