Buyside Contracting Counsel Associate Manager

Draft, review, and negotiate high-value and complex supplier contracts, NDAs, and related documents while adhering to internal policies and applicable laws. Provide consultative support to Procurement and Business areas by analyzing complex contractual issues and advising stakeholders on obligations and potential impacts. Identify legal and contractual risks, conduct gap analyses, and develop recommendations to mitigate risks. Collaborate with executives in planning negotiations and represent the company's interests in legal discussions with suppliers.

Solid experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, particularly supplier agreements and high-complexity contracts. Knowledge of legal risk assessment, gap analysis, and contract clause interpretation. Ability to conduct complex negotiations and serve as a legal point of contact for internal areas and suppliers. Familiarity with corporate approval processes and topics related to business ethics, data privacy, information security, anti-corruption, and compliance.
