The Technical Support Engineer will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems while assisting customers with application installations. They will track issues to resolution, escalate unresolved problems, and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Additional certifications in technologies like Microsoft or Cisco are preferred.
