Analyze turnover metrics and climate survey results to propose specific action plans to enhance team engagement.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Engineering, or related fields. Solid experience as an HRBP. Fluent in English. Familiarity with Business Metrics & People Analytics, Change Management, and Organizational Design.
