Monitor project schedules and progress, conducting follow-ups with responsible parties. Organize and maintain Jira boards and workflows, ensuring quality information and proper demand tracking. Plan and conduct follow-up ceremonies such as dailies and status meetings. Prepare materials and presentations for executive meetings and committees.
Requirements
Experience in monitoring IT projects or transformation initiatives. Familiarity with demand management tools, preferably Jira. Knowledge of agile methodologies and performance indicators. Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
