As an SDR, the primary responsibility is generating revenue by qualifying and creating new outbound opportunities through developing sales strategies and initiating contact with potential customers via cold-calling or responding to inquiries. This includes moving qualified leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging necessary meetings or calls.
Requirements
Candidates need over 2 years of experience in dialing/cold calling, demonstrating proven sales skill building through training, certifications, or prior roles. Essential requirements include being a self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision, possessing strong phone/listening/writing skills, and the ability to qualify and vet sales opportunities.
