Lead and manage the Job Preparation Program for the ML Fellowship, providing guidance to Fellows on building LinkedIn profiles, crafting résumés, and writing cover letters. Conduct onboarding sessions to understand Fellows’ career objectives and provide personalized 1:1 sessions and weekly check-ins with job seekers until they secure a new role in AI. Collaborate closely with companies to introduce Fellows to hiring managers in the US and LATAM.
Requirements
Bachelor, Master, or related study in human resources, communication, or technology. Previous experience in qualifying candidates and interviewing for technology positions, ideally in data science, ML Engineering, or AI-related roles. Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
