California based Architectural drafting firm that handles mostly Residential projects and some Commercial seeking English speaking, experienced person to guide projects from there start until they are completed, when the permit is issued (we don't do construction). Since California has its unique challenges, you should already have significant experience doing this in California. Your role will involve: Managing projects through the various stages, submitting plans online to Building Departments, Planning Departments and other city agencies, coordinating with engineers, drafters, clients etc., red lining plans of other drafters for errors among other related tasks. As well as drafting plans if you'd like. Pay starts at $8/Hr., 10 hours a week during the trial period. After that you could work up to 40hrs a week and pay to be discussed. Requirements
-Speak English fluently so that you can communicate clearly with all parties during the permitting process. -Should have significant experience drafting Architectural plans for California as well as navigating the permit process. -Experienced enough to review others plans and red line for errors.
