Receive leads and activate new corporate clients. Manage a portfolio of corporate clients. Map client operations and connect them with the best financial opportunities.

Must have completed or be in the process of completing a degree in engineering, economics, accounting, administration, or related fields by December 2026. Prior interest in financial market topics is essential. Strong oral and written communication skills are required.

Participants will undergo a 6 to 9 month immersion at the headquarters in São Paulo, followed by allocation to regional offices. The program offers a solid and accelerated training experience with access to technical and commercial training, practical business experience, and close mentorship from leadership.
