Act as a strategic partner for People Procurement, leading medium to high complexity projects with sensitive information. Conduct negotiations for health services, benefits, and other People fronts, defining compensation models and including KPIs and SLAs in contracts. Apply strategic procurement methodology and TCO analysis in competitive processes, managing relationships, contracts, and supplier development.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, or related fields; postgraduate education is desirable. Familiarity with Excel and Google Workspace. Intermediate Spanish and English skills. Knowledge of AI applications for task automation and procurement analysis is a plus.
