Develop and implement BIM Execution Plan (BEP). Manage model development across all project phases and lead coordination meetings using tools like Navisworks. Oversee 3D/4D/5D model accuracy and support construction with QTOs and progress tracking.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. 8 - 10 years of BIM experience, with at least 4–5 years on mission-critical/data center projects. Expert proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.
