Facilitador Vial

Ensure training, certification, and support for operators to meet road safety and operational standards. Conduct theoretical induction on road safety, digital tools training, and risk management simulations. Manage communication campaigns and apply monthly road control evaluations. Certify new routes and safe sites, evaluating unsafe conditions and defining maintenance routines.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a truck operator. Knowledge of road safety regulations and procedures, basic mechanics, and proficiency in Office software.
