Analista Júnior de Políticas de Crédito / Crédit Business Analyst

Understand and model the valuation of the Credit Card product, monitoring and evolving the NPV model as part of daily tasks. Utilize financial and analytical credit models to propose and implement tests that optimize the profitability-risk-return relationship of our policies. Develop and calibrate credit granting strategies and pricing, focusing on maximizing value throughout the customer lifecycle.

Experience in data extraction and manipulation using SQL. Familiarity with Databricks ecosystem and associated languages (Scala, Spark, Python, or R) is a plus. Background in credit, risk, policies, or financing products, preferably with experience in Credit Cards in banks, fintechs, or acquirers.
