What You'll Do
Lead the overall performance tracking of financial products. Design business strategies and create business cases to scale financial solutions across Latin America. Analyze large volumes of data independently to identify new products and growth opportunities. Collaborate with regional and global multidisciplinary teams on the implementation of comprehensive solutions and process definitions.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Over 3 years of experience in Business, Strategy, or Product areas within technology, e-commerce, or financial services. Strong data analysis skills and technical autonomy. Proficiency in data tools: SQL, Excel, BI. Advanced English proficiency.
