What You'll Do
Act as a strategic partner to the management team, providing financial insights to support decision-making. Lead financial planning and performance management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Evaluate new business projects from a financial perspective, developing business cases and profitability analyses. Ensure the integrity of financial operations and compliance with policies and standards.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Solid experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in technology companies, startups, or dynamic multinational environments. Strong knowledge of accounting, financial control, taxation, and compliance, with experience managing audits.
