Conduct recruitment within the CEDIS following company guidelines and policies. Post job vacancies on various recruitment platforms and coordinate individual and group interviews. Prepare hiring files, upload documents, and assist new hires with onboarding. Generate periodic reports on recruitment progress and collaborate with the training department to ensure proper integration of new employees.

At least 6 months of experience in a similar position. Knowledge in Human Resources, competency-based interviews, and recruitment processes.
