Associate Technical Account Manager – SQL & Data (Remote - Mexico Only)
VaricentCore Responsibilities
The Associate Technical Account Manager will support primary TAMs in monitoring solution health, configuring systems, and coaching users on best practices. They will also analyze data patterns to identify optimization opportunities and assist in troubleshooting technical issues for a portfolio of VIP clients.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in IT consulting or enterprise software implementation with strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases. Prior experience with Sales Performance Management and hands-on knowledge of Varicent software products are strongly preferred.
