Originate, structure, negotiate, and execute structured financing and syndicated credit operations for corporate clients in Colombia and abroad. Lead coordination with clients, commercial areas, technical and legal teams to ensure proper execution and closure of operations, compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines, and value generation for the business.

Over 10 years of experience in Investment Banking and/or Corporate Banking, with proven track record in originating, structuring, negotiating, executing, and closing structured and syndicated credit operations for corporate clients nationally and internationally. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields, with specialization or master's degree in Finance, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or related areas. Advanced proficiency in English (C1).
