Analista Sênior- People Development

Act as a strategic bridge between People and business areas for talent development and management. Lead and implement People products in the supported areas, such as performance cycles and leadership onboarding. Actively participate in upskilling and reskilling initiatives related to Artificial Intelligence. Build and maintain trustful relationships with Business Partners to strengthen People Development.

Experience in People areas related to Talent Development and Management. Intermediate or advanced English may be a differential. Previous experience as a Business Partner can be a plus. High flexibility and resilience to handle a volatile schedule.
