Coordinate merit cycles, promotions, and salary movements, ensuring adherence to internal policies. Conduct salary competitiveness studies using market research and benchmarks. Develop remuneration analyses and proposals considering market positioning and internal equity.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Relevant experience in Remuneration, People Analytics, or related areas. Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with BI tools, especially Power BI.
