Core Responsibilities

This role is responsible for supporting various Human Resources areas, including labor relations, performance evaluations, compensation, benefits administration, organizational development, training, personnel files, and special projects. The supervisor will manage daily HR activities, providing service to all employees at the site.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in Administration, Psychology, or Industrial Relations, along with at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within Logistics or 3PL. Essential experience includes personnel administration, labor relations, and managing unions for sites with over 500 employees.
