The role involves supporting the sales and onboarding process by preparing documentation, managing internal procedures, coordinating with production offices, and assisting with proposal generation and follow-up. The assistant will frequently engage with clients to gather information and ensure the smooth progression of sales and onboarding activities.
Requirements
Candidates need an Associate's degree and a minimum of three years of experience in a related field within a multinational B2B/B2C company, including professional experience in South America with Latin American clients. Fluency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken, is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
