Core Responsibilities

This role also involves implementing workflow changes, conducting training, and ensuring adherence to all processes and regulations.

Requirements

Candidates must possess proficiency in Spanish and English (B1 level), along with over three years of experience in Telemarketing or B2C sales and sales management. Essential requirements include data analysis skills, experience coaching sales teams, strong soft skills, and familiarity with CRM systems.
