Analista Senior de Créditos al Consumo - Fintech

Coordinate and lead strategic projects to drive the growth of Consumer Credit and Mercado Pago's Credit Card in Latin America. Design business proposals, prioritize initiatives, supervise progress, and create metrics to measure project impact. Analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and prepare presentations on projects, user experience, and industry trends.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, Finance, or related fields. 4 years of experience in similar positions, ideally related to credit, financial services, banking, or Fintech. Knowledge of SQL and Artificial Intelligence tools.
