Core Responsibilities

The specialist is responsible for retaining and expanding recurring revenue from existing SMB customers by strategically managing KPIs, tracking financial performance, and promoting sales initiatives. They must also propose process improvements, mediate conflicts, identify new opportunities, and analyze data to generate meaningful insights.

Requirements

Candidates must have completed a Bachelor's degree and possess an advanced level of English proficiency. Essential attributes include being proactive, organized, agile, independent, resilient, and having strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with prior experience in customer retention and Customer Success.
