Frontend Manager Software Engineer (Hands-On) | Partners Acquisition

Lead the delivery of a highly optimized, high-conversion self-service product for B2B partners. Architect and oversee a robust experimentation setup using Growthbook for A/B testing. Manage and architect a diverse ecosystem connecting frontend apps and backend services. Establish modern SDLC standards and drive the adoption of AI-assisted development tools.

Proven experience managing cross-functional engineering teams in high-growth environments. Deep practical experience with A/B testing methodologies and feature-flagging tools. Extensive hands-on experience with Kotlin (or Java), AWS, React, and TypeScript. Professional working proficiency in English.
