Senior Project Manager
BlendCore Responsibilities
Own the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives from kickoff through completion. Drive projects with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining high-quality execution. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and deliverables. Identify risks, remove blockers, and proactively drive projects forward.
Requirements
At least 7+ years of professional experience managing technical projects or programs in software development environments. Strong foundation in traditional project management methodologies, with experience in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models. Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Azure DevOps.
