Plan daily last mile routes for various service centers. Estimate daily distribution volume and project capacity needs. Optimize routes to ensure productivity goals are met. Analyze performance of executed routes versus planned ones, identifying deviations and proposing adjustments.

Previous experience in similar roles (logistics planning, routing, operations, or data analytics). Knowledge of SQL and Excel is desirable. Experience using AI agents for analysis and automation is a plus. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills are required.
