Payroll Specialist con experiencia en nómina de Colombia - Buenos Aires

Prepare, process, and centralize payroll updates including attendance, vacations, and other variables. Upload data to the payroll system for salary processing and request payments for employees and social charges. Conduct accounting reconciliations for payroll and prepare reports for audits.

Minimum 4 years of experience managing payroll for over 600 employees in Colombia. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields. Strong knowledge of Colombian labor legislation and advanced Excel skills.
