Sales Manager, Mid-Market ISR Sales

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth within a designated Mid-Market region in the Americas, primarily focusing on the United States, through new customer acquisition and expansion. Key duties include developing the US Go-To-Market strategy, managing pipeline execution with Marketing, developing partner sales plans, and hiring and managing a high-performing sales team.
Requirements
Candidates must possess 7+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in management, with demonstrated success selling to Mid-Market customers, preferably with US experience. Essential qualifications include the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, deep understanding of sales methodologies, proven expertise in building outbound strategies, and strong leadership skills.
