Core Responsibilities

The role involves owning the client's end-to-end onboarding experience, acting as the project manager and single point-of-contact for global implementations. This includes delivering a first-class experience during complex treasury product implementations and managing client and internal partner expectations.

Requirements

Success requires a passion for stellar client experience, project management experience (treasury implementations are a plus), and comfort in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Candidates must be able to communicate, influence, adhere to policy, and demonstrate urgency in finding solutions.
