Core Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and execute operational training programs and roll-outs in the Distribution Center, ensuring high standards of quality and effectiveness. Implement and adapt large-scale deployment strategies, ensuring reach and consistency across all teams in Colombia. Analyze learning effectiveness metrics and indicators for decision-making in training. Prepare strategic reports and provide visibility of results to area leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

Professional degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience in similar training and operational capacity roles. Experience managing metrics. Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
