Propose, coordinate, and evaluate the commercial strategy for business segments. Analyze and propose distribution channels based on segment needs and profitability. Design strategies for customer engagement, retention, and profitability. Analyze and propose improvements in credit risk assessment for mass offerings.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Finance, Commercial Engineering, or Economics. Desirable Master's degree in related fields. Experience in developing and implementing business strategies, preferably in banking. Advanced English proficiency and advanced Office skills.
