Core Responsibilities

Provide recruiting support for the client team across Latin America, focusing heavily on candidate hunting and participating in role profiling meetings. Track selection stages, record data in management systems, and identify process improvements for scalability and service excellence.

Requirements

Candidates should be students or graduates in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields, with desirable experience in IT recruitment and proficiency in ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. A minimum of 3 years of similar experience, autonomy, proactivity, and intermediate Portuguese are required, with intermediate English being desirable.
