Monitor the performance of the Broker and achievement of KPIs. Conduct meetings with the sales team and implement strategies. Lead and oversee the processes of the Excellence Program. Evaluate opportunities for increasing numerical distribution in priority channels and categories.
What We're Looking For
Experience in Negotiation and Sales. Valid driver's license category B. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields. Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Knowledge of the OOH beverage market and distribution is a plus.
