Superintendent Projects - Escondida

Lead and ensure the planning and execution of Concentrator projects, ensuring compliance with defined scope, timelines, and budget. Manage and supervise contractor and supplier performance, ensuring contractual compliance and quality standards. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and support areas to minimize operational impacts during project execution.

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Metallurgy, Mining or related field. Over 8 years of experience in project management in mining or related industries. Experience leading large-scale Concentrator projects in mining operations. At least 3 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple contractors simultaneously.
