Own the end-to-end recruitment process from intake to offer while designing scalable hiring workflows and sourcing strategies. Partner with hiring managers and People Operations to ensure a seamless candidate journey and maintain rigorous data integrity within the ATS.

Requirements

Requires over 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a strong focus on process documentation and operational excellence. Candidates must be proficient in English and experienced in using AI tools and ATS platforms to drive hiring efficiency.
