Core Responsibilities

The representative will assist with customer service calls, resolve complaints via phone, email, and text, and manage account-related requests such as cancellations or rescheduling of online sessions. Key duties include adding users to accounts, troubleshooting issues by communicating with the development team, and attempting customer retention when cancellations are requested.

Requirements

Candidates must have near-native English proficiency and high proficiency in Spanish, with French being desirable, alongside experience in troubleshooting and intermediate/advanced Excel skills. A background in training, process orientation, patience, and the ability to handle escalated situations and high call volumes are also required.
