Core Responsibilities

The IT Support Manager will own and optimize the internal IT ecosystem, leading the management of Google Workspace and Rippling to ensure a scalable and secure technical foundation for the distributed team. This includes leading the end-to-end technical lifecycle for all employees, overseeing security/compliance, and managing global device fleets.

Requirements

Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in IT support or management, preferably in high-growth, remote tech environments, with advanced proficiency in managing MacOS and Windows at scale. Essential platform expertise includes Google Workspace as an IDP and Rippling (or similar MDM), coupled with a strong security-first mindset and exceptional problem-solving skills.
