Provide support to agencies by disseminating information and guidance related to the Cooperative's services. Assist members and non-members via WhatsApp Enterprise, ensuring prompt and courteous interactions. Contribute to resolving requests by directing inquiries appropriately and maintaining a high standard of service quality.

Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Previous experience in customer service or financial services is preferred. Basic knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Windows tools is required.
