Lead the operation in the autonomous zone, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with the BOS model and KVD. Supervise daily inspections and manage communication with the autonomous room supervisor. Oversee field operations and the performance of autonomous trucks to meet safety standards and production plans.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field. 3+ years of experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and managing priorities. Experience with fleet management systems like Dispatch or MineStar. Class B and D driver's licenses required.
