What You'll Do
Develop and maintain standardized APIs and Webhooks that will serve as the 'hands' of the AI agent, ensuring security and rigorous error handling. Support the design and maintenance of state machines/conversational graphs to control the context of interactions. Monitor and adjust context retrieval from the knowledge base to refine data delivered to the LLM for improved response accuracy.
What We're Looking For
Practical understanding of LLMs and Prompt Engineering techniques, including hallucination mitigation and context window management. Solid experience in backend development with Python, including REST API consumption and creation. Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or similar.
